We always search for perfection by carrying out joint projects with our partners and improve ourselves and our industry for customer satisfaction based on international standards. Using the highest quality raw materials, we pass the products that we manufacture through 11 different quality control tests in our advanced production facility. In addition, we add value to our quality with ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 10002 customer satisfaction, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety quality certificates that we obtained.

ISO 9001 QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The ISO 9001 certificate establishes a standard that the quality of products and services can be provided continuously as a result of the internationally recognized quality management system. Therefore, we manufacture and offer our products and services in accordance with internationally accepted quality standards.

ISO 10002 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

“This document gives guidelines for the process of complaints handling related to products and services within an organization, including planning, design, development, operation, maintenance and improvement.” We seek to process and solve complaints in accordance with the guidelines prescribed in the certificate. We also use customer requests and feedback to improve our product and service quality.

ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

“ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance.” We aim to fulfill our environmental responsibilities under this certificate to manage the impact of our manufacturing process on the ecosystem and contribute to the environmental sustainability of our world we live in.

ISO 45001 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

This document outlines the requirements of “improving employee safety, reducing workplace risks and creating better, safer working conditions”. We strictly apply and adhere to the requirements of this certificate to create, maintain and improve occupationally healthy and safe working conditions and environment for our employees at our manufacturing facility.
